1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the services provided by SaasRocket.dev ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services Overview

We offer two primary service packages:

  • 14-Day MVP Package: A one-time fee for a fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivered in 14 days. Includes custom backend and frontend, core integrations, 1-2 key features, a responsive landing page, deployment, hosting setup, and daily progress updates. Comes with 1 month of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
  • On-Demand Package (Custom Pricing): Tailored support for ongoing development, including new features, maintenance, planned sprints, infrastructure management, performance monitoring, scalability planning, and weekly updates. Pricing is determined via a custom quote after consultation.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed as follows:

  • 14-Day MVP Package: Total cost is $1,890. We offer a split payment option: 50% must be paid in full before work begins, and work will start within 1 business day of receiving this payment. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, payable by you once the MVP is delivered.
  • On-Demand Package: Pricing and payment terms are customized based on the scope agreed upon in the consultation. A deposit may be required, with the remainder invoiced according to the agreed schedule.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of all code, designs, and intellectual property developed for your project. No additional licensing fees or restrictions apply.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

For the 14-Day MVP Package:

  • Cancellations before the initial 50% payment is made are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
  • Once the initial 50% payment is made and work begins, it is non-refundable. If cancelled mid-project, no additional payments will be due, but no refunds will be issued for work completed.
  • If we fail to deliver the MVP within 14 days due to our own fault (excluding delays caused by you), you may request a full refund.

For the On-Demand Package, cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the custom agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and access to required accounts or services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways) to ensure the 14-day timeline for the MVP package. Delays caused by you may extend the delivery date without penalty to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party services integrated into your project.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
