1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the services provided by SaasRocket.dev ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services Overview

14‑Day MVP Package ($990 one‑time): A fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivered in 14 days. The deliverable is a launch‑ready application that includes:

  • Full-stack development
  • Clean, responsive UI
  • Database, authentication, and payments integration
  • Full source code and 100% ownership upon full payment
  • Hosting setup to get live quickly

Continuous Support ($250/month for 10 hours): Ongoing maintenance, new features, and improvements. You’ll get:

  • New features development
  • SEO, Analytics, Performance tuning
  • Maintenance and security updates
  • Assistance for deployment/hosting
  • 10 hours included each month

3. Payment Terms

For the 14‑Day MVP, the standard payment is the full one‑time fee of $990 paid upfront via Stripe. You may instead pay 50% at booking (to reserve your spot) and 50% upon delivery; in that case, we will provide a separate payment link for the split‑payment option.

For Continuous Support, the monthly fee is paid in advance to start the service period. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Retainer Hours and Overage

Continuous Support includes up to 10 hours per month for $250. Unused hours do not roll over. If additional time is needed, overage must be agreed in writing before work begins and will be billed separately.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of all code, designs, and intellectual property developed for your project. No additional licensing fees or restrictions apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

For the 14‑Day MVP Package, cancellation is not possible once work has started. Specific details may be outlined in your project agreement. We aim to be fair and transparent with all our clients regarding project terms and conditions.

Continuous Support may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Partial‑month refunds are not provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and access to required accounts or services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways) to ensure the 14‑day timeline for the MVP package and effective use of retainer hours. Delays caused by you may extend delivery dates or impact the use of monthly hours without penalty to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third‑party services integrated into your project.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
